Hi,

I am wanting to hide a page on the menu/navigation bar from users, while still allowing them to access it. As far as I can tell in order to access the page, they must have the "View Page" permissions, which would then make it show up on the menu/navigation. If I go into the page settings and Uncheck the Include in Menu button, then this will hide it, but it also hides it from SuperAdministrators, Hosts, etc. Which means if I want to go back to it to make changes, I have to know the URL to type it in manually. Is there any way to control it so that it is not included in the menu for certain roles?

Thanks,

Chris

AFAIK it's either include in the menu or don't. You could make the page "Page1" and NOT include it in the menu. Make it visible to all users and they get to it via some URL somewhere. Make a "Page1-Link", include it in the menu and only let admins see it. This page can be set to be a link to "Page 1". Admins will see the "Page1-Link" in the menu, but it's really just a link to the real" Page1".

Mike,

Thanks for your post, it gave me an idea that ended up working. I just created a "Page 1" that was visible to Admins only and then put all the other pages as "sub pages" to that page that other people are able to view. This stops it from showing up on the navigation, but they can still access the page.

Chris
