Ok, here's the situation, this stuff has been bugging me for quite a few days now:

1) I add a module to my page
2) I configure it to be displayed to all of my pages (enabling 'display on all pages')
3) I want to edit the layout of the module. I edit in on the page where I added it in the first place.
4) At the bottom I set "Enable Workflow" to "Site" and I enable "Replace Existing Settings"

Now the changes are only displayed in the module in the original page, not in all other pages where the module is displayed. I have to make these changes all by hand! That's no use!

How can I do better?!

Edit!

I've reproduced the problem now.
If I follow the mentioned steps, the first time that I change the module, it works correctly. The second time I tried, only the module on the page I edited it in was changed.
What could be the explanation for this?! And more important, what can be done?!

it could be a caching issue, did you clear page/module output cache after you submitted your changes?

Ehmm, how would I have done that? I really do'n't know if that could be the problem, but I sure hope so!

there is a command "clear cache" in Host settings, as well as the command "restart application" at the bottom.
