Hello everyone, I'm new to DotNetNuke and the Blog Module! I'm really impressed with its features!

1) How can I suspend the whole blog of a certain user? Can this be done without modifying the database manually?

I found the Mass Edit Blog Posts, but it doesn't seem to do what I wanted.

Thank You

You likely will have to remove the permissions that a user has from accessing the blog module. I don't think there's a way to turn a blog off.

geez.. That's a big problem for me...

guess my only option is to set the [Blog_Entries].[Published] from 1 to 0

It depends on whether you still want to show the blog posts or not.
If you do not need to show the blog posts, then go to Blog Settings and uncheck the "public" flag.

If you only want to restrict permission to a user, the either do what Chris mentioned above or in the Blog_Blogs table, locate the blog and change the userid column to 1 (host account).

Hope this helps.
