I have my events set up to send a reminder but it doesn't seem to be working.  The notifications on new calendar entries work fine but reminders never get sent.  I have tried various reminder times before the event (from 8 hours to 15 minutes) so that doesn't seem to be it.  Any ideas?

Hi Matt,

Can you check the 'DNN Events' scheduled process is running and not getting any errors by checking in the Host/Schedule dialogue.

Also, please confirm that you have users who have registered for a reminder for an event? :-)

It looks like it's running ok.  It seems to be enabled:

DNN Events Enabled Every 1 Hour Every 30 Minutes 9/29/2010 12:42:26 PM

and I see this in the status:

12 DNN Events 9/29/2010 12:42:26 PM 3480.9564024   STARTED_FROM_TIMER


Also I do have several test reminders set up but I am not getting the email.

Is it sending a reminder to the owner of the event or the person that is subscribed to notifications for the calendar?  I have a situation where an admin will be creating events in people's personal calendars but I need the person that is subscribed to the calendar to be notified not the owner.

Reminders are sent to people who have specifically requested notification of an event by going into the Event Detail screen and clicking on the 'Notify me for this event' link.

The subscription available on the icon bar tells people about new events. It isn't a reminder of an upcoming event.

I tried going into an even and setting the reminder but I never did get the email. Is there some kind of debug log I can look at?
