The first exception indicates the root of the problem:

Request for the permission of type 'System.Security.Permissions.ReflectionPermission, mscorlib, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089' failed.

When building the list of taxonomy tags for the module, a LINQ query is used. This requires ReflectionPermission which is not available when running the site under standard Medium Trust level for which your new server is apparently configured. You did not indicate if you are using your own server or a shared hosting provider. Many shared hosting providers have modified their policy file to include ReflectionPermission for sites running under Medium Trust.

If you are using a shared hosting provider you will need to contact them to see if they are willing to modify their security policy.
