 Hey Guys,

I ran this select statement to change some usernames of members.

update users set username='newusername' where username='oldusername'

This appeard to work fine, however now they will not display in the Admin>User Accounts list?

Jay; this forum is related to the UserDefinedTable and has nothing to do with User Account. As you access the tables directly without using a module, it is even not related to a module or core function. I would suggest to repost at Let's Chat About It!.

Saying that have you ever tried to click at the correspoding first letter of the new username in the UserAccounts list?

Thanks for your reply I will resend to lets talk about it. yes i did try click the letter but it wont appear.

Jay, AFAIK the user names are stored both in the DN users table and in the ASP_Net Membership tables, so you will need to change both. you might also need to restart the application, as user infos might be cached.
