First, thank you for quick answer.

I believe this is configuration issue.

Here it is in Portal Aliases:

    mysite.info/dotnetnuke
Edit   www.mysite.org
Edit   www.mysite.info

First one is not editable, right?  When I removed www.mysite.info from aliases, and changed Primary domain to .org (GoDaddy), my site goes down (not working), so I could not log to the site admin account. www.mysite.org/dotnetnuke

I want to do this in right way to get a control of my site, before anything happened.

I'm trying again this process. Somebody on forum suggested to go to "PortalAlias" table, [HttpAlias] field. But I don's see anything to change. So I just put aliases again, and changed Primary Domain in GoDaddy host. LEt's what happened.

Now I have those site in Portal Aliases. Is this right? What else I can do?

          friendsofpolishart.info/dotnetnuke
Edit   friendsofpolishart.org/dotnetnuke
Edit   www.friendsofpolishart.info
Edit   www.friendsofpolishart.org

First alias is not editable. Do I need edit somehow this one?

As I see you used a virtual directory.  So if you have not installed your DotNetNuke instance on the root folder where your domain is linked on your IIS, and you used a virtual directory, you haveevery time on changing the domain name also to used the virtual directory.

e.g.

old                                                            new
domain.com/virtualdirectory                newdomain.net/virtualdirectory

there are numerous posts in this forums (use www.searchdotnetnuke.com to find them) how to install DotNetNuke in the root of a web site. after you succeeded you may delete the other portal aliases.
