there shouldn't be an issue installing HTML module package from one install package in another DNN installation of the same DNN version. If you are already facing any content on the home page, there should be HTML module installed, but maybe not properly permission granted. check in Host :: extensions, whether the module is present and in Admin :: Extensions, whether permissions have been set appropriately.

which version did you try to install? It looks like the module has been uninstalled while the data remained. If this is a new blank DNN, I suggest deleting database and web site are restart from scratch

the starter kit version is "DotNetNuke_Community_05.05.01_StarterKit.vsi"
and the HTML version been got from the install version "DotNetNuke_Community_05.05.01_Install" is "HTML_Community_05.04.03_Install.zip"

but I recreated a new website with VS (depending on the starter kit) with also a new DB and HTML module is there...

I don't know what has been going wrong , but thanks things are fine now :)
