I am having an issue using the HOST account and creating a second portal/site. I created a second Portal and when I try to "switch" to this Portal it gives me a "Internet Explorer Cannot Display the Page" Error. I'm using a very very tightly protected web server. And I had the Webadmin set up DNN for me.

I'm here to see if there is some sort of configuration that he missed that could cuase this issue. If there aren't rights granted correctly or what would cause this? Please help me if you could. Thanks

What did you setup the alias for the portal to be?  My guess is that the alias isn't pointing back to your DNN installation, thus IE not being able to find the site.

I was just going through and checking. If the first portal, or the installed portal's alias is (dnnpublishingtool-dev.web."company name".com) which part of that does the second or third portal have to mirror? I tried making a second called (testsecondwebportal.web."company name".com) but this did not work. also tried (testsecondwebportal-dev.web."company name".com)
