How to Integrate Aspx pages to DNN?

We have a requirement for designing the 55 pages. In this case nearly 30 pages are content management system so that we would like to go with DNN, remaining 25 pages are search, registration etc.  These remaining 25 pages we will desire to design in asp.net using visual studio 2008 and sql server, how do I integrate with 55 pages under one project in DNN. When I click the DNN menu then my aspx page should be open under the DNN environment.

Thanks in advance...

I am not sure why you wouldn't use a CMS (DotNetNuke or some other) to handle all the pages, not just some. Regardless, you need to create 'skins' in DotNetNuke, you do not create aspx pages (skinning is different than master pages). If you check the blogs on here you can find some information about creating skins.

Yes, why not have all pages in DNN? If you don't like the default modules, there are thousands of third party modules at Snowcovered.com that do just about anything. And if those won't work either, then go to Open Web Studio. OWS is a free module platform that allows you to easily program your own module to do pretty much anything you want. Custom registration, login, email, search, etc. With OWS, the only limit is your imagination and a slight learning curve. I used it to create a news article management system, an auto-login based on ip address and host name, a random tagline generator, a portal listing with links, a user-submitted links module with user ratings, etc. etc. Anyway, between thrid party modules and OWS, everything can be done through Dotnetnuke without trying to awkwardly integrate seperate stand-alone aspx pages. That and the fact that the aspx pages would be harder to edit, and confusing for the end user to remember what program to use to edit the various pages.
