Duncan, if you can't see the Users folder, try running the Synchronization process in the file manager (recursively)

Hi Chris, yep, tried that - just re-tried it now - no joy :( Sebastian, thanks for sticking with me on this one - I'm totally baffled as to what I can try next. Especially the Folder Security Settings - which dissapears on me when I click on the Users folder (which is only visible if I'm logged on as the original site admin a/c). PS: I've removed Everyone and the IIS users accounts from the Users folder permissions - don't wanna leave full permissions for those accounts on the folder for obvious reasons. It didn't make any difference anyway. I've also compared the folder permissions on the server for the Users folder with the portal root folder, and they are identical (as one would expect). Regards, Duncan.

Sorted!

I logged into the portal as the Host (SuperUser) a/c - and *now* I have Folder Security Settings visible on the (now) visible Users folder.

And so it's all working now!  :)

Cheers,  Duncan.
