I have downloaded the DotNetNuke 4.0.3 Starter Kit  and created a new website is VS2005 and then  followed instructions on the welcome.html page. The website build was successful. However running the website produces the following error (see stack trace below:)

 I have named my database Database and I am using SQL2005/Express locally.  I have changed the connections strings appropriately (to reflect my local servername).
