I recently upgraded a client site from 4.2.5 to 5.5.1 and I am having issues with some of the installed modules. When logged in an account that is not an admin but is part of a role that has deploy rights to certain modules, the modules dropdownlist test is blank, but when I inspect the html, the ID's are correct. When I log in as the host admin everything is populated correctly. Any ideas?

this sounds very strange, do all the other permissions show up as expected? Are you using multiple languages or a non-English system?

Its an English only system. I was wondering if it was something that didn't get set right in the upgrade process but didn't know where to look.

anyone with deploy permission should get the module listed, but please validate in database table "Portals", that RegisteredUsersRoleID and AdministratorRoleID are properly set (non-negative).
