Hi,

I'm using DNN 05.05.01 right now. I uploaded some mp3 files to my website through Admin - File Manager. I can see those files in the File Manager. However, once I go to one of my page, create a HTML module, and try to link some text to those mp3 files. I couldn't see those files in the Document Manager in the Editor. The folder is there but the files aren't. I tried refresh and synchronise and all sorts of things but still am not able to see those files in the Document Manager. Could anyone please help me with this issue?

Thanks a lot!

Here's an update. When I tried to upload the mp3 file through Document Manager in the editor (NOT admin - file manager), it says that 'The extension of the uploaded file is not valid. Please, provide a valid file!' I checked under Host - Host Settings - Advanced Settings - Allowable File Extensions, the extension of mp3 is listed. That's just so weird...

did you try using advanced Rad Editor provider from radeditor.codeplex.com?

Hi, thanks for the reply.

So what causes the problem? Is it a bug of DNN? Is there any other way to solve this problem other than using advanced Rad Editor provider?
