I want to add some wording to the register page, how can I edit register.aspx, but there is no Register page to edit.

I also want to ONLY require user name, first name and email.

I went to Manage Profile Properties and made ONLY First name required, but made Last name, City, street, and Zipcode  visible but NOT required.

It STILL required last name, and City Street and Zipcode are asked for the second time they come to site and NOT when they register.

Email and Display name are NOT in the properties)

Joel,

For your first question, this video might be useful: http://www.dnnhero.com/Videos/tabid/59/EntryId/67/How-to-customize-the-registration-page-in-DotNetNuke-Video-64.aspx

In regards the other issues, there are some basic fields that will be always required by DNN core registration (like first name, last name, user name and email address), unless you use a module like this one http://www.snowcovered.com/Snowcovered2/Default.aspx?tabid=242&PackageID=16085 that will allow you to further manipulate the registration page.
