Hi There,

I'm currently using DNN 5.2.3 Professional instead of the latest 5.5.1 Professional. I'm having a problem with the RadEditor's Document Manager where adding a file, such as a Document (.doc) or PDF (.pdf), does not show in the folder where you have just uploaded/added to. I realise that this issue does not exist when using the DNN 5.4 Professional however, my client, one of the governement's agencies, has a restriction, which is to use 5.2.3 Professional.

Thus, I tried extracting the HTML Pro Package from the latest DNN 5.4 Professional into the 5.2.3 version, but, all to no avail. I need some help solving this issue. I'm currently logged on as the Host. Weirdly the file appears in the Document Manager after a long time. The file size uploaded is not even close to 1MB, only 128KB for the document and 76KB for the PDF.

Please advise.

Thanks!

Regards,
Christopher TS

go to Host :: Host settings and near the bottom of the page make sure "Auto sync File System" is enabled.

Yes it has been enabled already. Sorry for the late reply but I have been busy with having to do a migration of the codes from the Testing Environment to the Production Environment. I actually downloaded the RadEditor Provider from Telerik and am using that instead of the one installed by DNN in the default setup.

I would still like to get past that scenario or at least get an explanation of another means to fixing it? If not possible it's alright.

After upgrade to 6.2.6 form 6.1.4 the following has occurred.

There is a users folder in the file manager which is no longer showing up in any of the html editor's document/photo managers.
