Hello.

Is anybody using the build-in forums with a relatively large ammount of posts, under a good but SHARED hosting account ?

If yes, if he can post a link to see i would appreciate. I'm interested to know and see the performance of it.

thanks

On a shared hosting it is very difficult with the performence of any site, about you did not know what the other users done.  I know there are some performence issues on DNN and Forum module they want fixed with the next release.  A new Forum version is on the release tracker and a public beta of DNN 5.6 is out. Between they are official released they are only for use on test envionments (NOT for production sites).
