According to the payed support it is included on the payed editions like the professional, elite edition of DotNetNuke.  Regarding to the community version I think there are a lot of DNN professionals on all countries they want give you support too.  Otherwiese I would contact the DotNetNuke Corp. directly.

Just adding to Matthias, that DotNetNuke Professional Edition includes email support and additional modules (OpenSearch, OpenDocument, ...) for 2,490 USD per year and Enterprise Edition adds on top Content Staging feature. Phone support is available additionally, covering product related questions. If you need support for your use case, there are a number of integrators, who may provide you with a customized solution based on DNN and proper support as well.

Cheers from Germany,
Sebastian Leupold

Forgive me for not explaining I meant a small business user addition. Many upstarts cannot afford those prices. Especially now in the world many live in. What I meant was a per incident thing. I have seen a few people starting to do this on Snowcoverd.com for upgrades but none for basic support questions. There may be a avenue for revenue there. Not sure!

Have you talked to your Host?  I know many Hosting companies (I know I do) give support for many things they host.  My company gives like a flat fee that includes hosting, and support for DNN sites.
