in this case please review default collation of the server and database, ideally both should be same and need to be case insensitive.

Also, with the same collation both server and db as SQL_Latin1_General_CP1254_CI_AS, I've get error message.
But now it stops at the first step.It cannot create any tables.
I think I cannot use dotnetnuke because my hosting server collation is TURKISH_CI_AS and I think it will be worse than at my pc.
