Hi All, Big thanks to Gilles for sending over that file, as far as I can see this is proving that it is definitely not a permission issue as it is "all access" all the way. http://gandf.gigtxt.com.au/permchecker.aspx I wonder if this is potentially related? ----------- ModuleId: 345 ModuleDefId: 94 FriendlyName: Extensions ModuleControlSource: DesktopModules/Admin/Extensions/Extensions.ascx AssemblyVersion: 5.5.1 PortalID: 15 PortalName: Gus and Frank Merch Sell off UserID: 1 UserName: host ActiveTabID: 36 ActiveTabName: Extensions RawURL: /Host/Extensions/tabid/36/portalid/15/Default.aspx AbsoluteURL: /Default.aspx AbsoluteURLReferrer: http://gandf.gigtxt.com.au/Host/Extensions/tabid/36/ctl/Install/rtab/36/portalid/15/Default.aspx UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-US) AppleWebKit/534.7 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/7.0.517.44 Safari/534.7 DefaultDataProvider: DotNetNuke.Data.SqlDataProvider, DotNetNuke.SqlDataProvider ExceptionGUID: a82b31a2-546a-4cec-be22-3d1402e5a81d InnerException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. Hi Craig,

It look than something was NOT correctly terminated after an upgrade because your subfolder ..\Install\Temp is not empty! There are at least two folders inside (\Install\Temp\egabawyf and \Install\Temp\lnd0hebg). Could make a backup of your DNN instance (all folders and files from the root), then delete all files and folders inside ...\Install\Temp (don't delete the Temp folder!) and retry.

Gilles

It would be so particularly appreciated that your messages begin with "Hello" and end with "Thank you" or any other form of politeness. Ask yourself what your reaction would be, if you were approached by me (a total stranger) on the street to ask you something without saying "Hello" nor "Thank you"? After several years of services dedicated to the community, I begin to be tired to read requests without any form of politeness.

Hi Gilles, Sorry for delay, was trying to work out the new errors on the site - tried doing a file recovery, but no luck. I have tried installing the store module update from another Portal on the site, but alas I am getting the same errors, even after removing the "temp" folders. C

Hi Craig,

Try to install on another portal on the same DNN instance serves no purpose since it appears to be a problem on this instance of DNN and not related to the Store module. I have not the full story, but if your DNN instance do not have valuable informations inside you could simply delete all and restart from a clean base?

btw. I did a complete DNN install on another Db and URL and imported all the products across into the new store, that fixed it. The issue I was having with paypal was due to the Store Module pointing at the wrong Paypal URL. I just made the PayPal Verification URL: and PayPal Payment URL: the same thing and it fixed it.
