How do I change the skin for the default login page and the default registration page?

you need to use a different "admin" or "edit" skin in Site Settings.

Yes, but I think that will change the skin for ALL pages of the portal (except the few you over ride).    Yes,  I have built a custom skin  for MOST of the site and I did set it in Admin / site settings / Appearance / Portal skin.

I just want to change the skin on the default Login page and default Registration page, not entire site..

You can also set a different page for Login & Registration at  Admin / Advanced /site settings / Login page,

However  I want to continue to use the default pages for login & registration, I just want to change the skin on those two default pages with changing entire site.

Will I have to create a custom Login page and custom registration page in order to do that?
