Hi,

In an instance of DNN 5.4.4 (. NET 3.5) with x Portals I created a new Portal Child (domain.com/child). Logging in as Admin or Host, I do not
Admin menu appears and I do not I have access to the Control Panel.

I have reviewed the database but I have not seen anything.

Kind regards,
Toni Coll.

AFAIR there has been versions, where admin access was missing in child portals. Maybe you should consider an upgrade.

Hi Sebastian,

I know but I can not upgrade to DNN 5.5.1 because some multi language Portals are skin Artisteer, and Artisteer menu does not work correctly in DNN 5.5. Could it be because some value is not saved correctly in the database?

Thanks!
