Latest version of HTML module is 5.4.3, containing a few fixes in versioning. To use new Control Panel on top of the page, you need to enter Host Settings and switch "Control Panel" option to "Ribbon" (or use Advanced Control Panel from www.oliverhine.com). There are some changes in Admin :: Languages module, a new Messaging module, a Sitemap Provider module in Admin menu and a few other minor changes.

I tried in costume editor options but nothing. HTML module still uses panel form office 2003 allthought this is  a newest version 5.04.03. Could you clarified  a bit more about HTML module?

For new installs, RadEditor is now default editor, you need to switch default manually in your web.config file or install improved provider version from http://radeditor.codeplex.com
