thanks Justin, I've created some outline pages already and will add to them soon - hopefully others will also add, as it's not intended to be a resource for just a few people, ideally experts across all areas should be adding/updating/amending content.

FYI Justin - we've started to add some material to the best practices pages - http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Resources/Blogs/tabid/825/EntryId/2890/Wiki-update.aspx . We'll be enhancing them over the next few weeks and adding pages for the other requests on this thread.
