Maybe the message is supposed to serve the purpose of letting you know that the skin won't show up in the extensions page? Some might get confused why it would show up on the admin->skins page and not the extensions page? I do have to say the title of this thread made me giggle... actually lol a little too. So little documentation right now to be able to say what the proper method is... but we all try don't we. lol

I've tried to package a skin. Does the skin really has to be a _default skin for dnn to package it?

It still says legacy. :-(  I guess I'll have to figure it out next weekend.

I thought that the use of a manifest was only functional when you produce commercial skins, but I lose face when I must explain my staff what legacy means.
