Hello,
I have a customer who got DNN Professional, but am not sure they will renew the subscription after the 20% price increase.
So, I might need to revert their Professional installation to a Community one: what are the steps to do this?
Could I upgrade this host (now with 5.5.1 professional) to the next 5.6.0 CE? What additional steps would be required in order to fully revert this installation to a CE? Remove license I believe, but what else?
Any help greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
al.

please raise this with the PE/EE support team, i'm sure they can help you - if you don't have access you'll have to ask the customer. Alternatively, as a partner, perhaps the partner team could provide guidance.
