Hi,

I just had DNN 5.5.1 installed through Godaddy and everything seems to be working great. I am a total rookie at this and I have learned a lot over the past few days but there's one problem I haven't been able to solve. All the other posts I've read about this problem either went off on a tangent that didn't pertain to me or the fixes offered, didn't work.

So the story so far. When I'm logged in as superuser I have no problem uploading files in the file manager. I can delete, move and copy as well. I've set up another account and have given Admin permissions to "Open Files in Folders", "Browse Files in Folders" and "Write to Folder" in the Folder Security Settings.

I've gone to Admin>Security Roles and confirmed that this account is present in this role. I've gone to Admin>User Accounts and confirmed that Administrators is one of the accounts roles. I also gave full permissions to this account for the module itself. I can't see how that should have an effect but it was mentioned in post I read.

Regardless of what I do, this account cannot copy, move, upload or delete files in the File Manager. Any advice?

Thanks
Bob
