I upgraded to 5.6.0 because the image manager wasn't working.  Basically, the manager pops open but no folders or files are visible.  My log is filled with this error message:

Hi

I just have a similar error, but for me it comes from System.ThrowHelper.ThrowArgumentException Method (on DNN 5.4.4).

I don't know if it is related, but it happens just after creating a photo gallery and albums with the Gallery Module (v. 4.3.3).

I tried to re-synch the files from the File Manager, but it did not work. Strangely on other Portals the Image Manager is OK, so it could be something on my file system.

Any ideas?

Hi

I applied this process to solve this problem.

Firts, you need to do backup to database
Second, in the database , find files and folder tables.
Third, delete all record that contain portalid value zero

When you tried to load some file in the File Manager you will see that is ok
