How can I manually change it to the same version of Telerik.Web.UI?

Thank you for the information. I have checked out if there is no zipped files blocking the operation. The problem still not able to be solved.

I searched through the whole web.config file. All related to Telerik is under the same publicKeyToken. Problem still persists. Anyway, thank you for your suggestion, Sebastian.
