At http://ascensionlutheranchurch.net/ I have added content to a page called Youth and Family Ministries; this page shows up in the drop-down menu within the left nav bar only when I am logged in. It does not show when I've logged out and, of course, no one else can see/find it. There are numerous "ministries" listed, but not the one that I worked on. How do I fix this?

I just do not know where else to go for help. Please be so kind as to assist me with this problem, or point me in the right direction!

Although I have years of experience designing and constructing web sites, I am relatively new to DotNetNuke, and I'm at the point of asking that Ascension Lutheran Church consider rebuilding their site with more conventional tools. I have been brought on board to update this church's site on a regular basis, and found, for the most part, that this software was relatively intuitive. However, I just cannot get past this hurdle!

Thank you in advance for your help.

Sandy Miller

Go to the page (when logged in) click on Edit and look at the Permissions on the page settings. You need to check the VIEW column for "ALL USERS"

I just did that. It was already checked!

You may also need to check permissions of the page's parent. You can only see children of an item if their parent is visible too (although users could navigate directly to a page w/ proper permissions even if their parent doesn't allow it, it just doesn't show up in the navigation menu this way).

I checked the page permissions first, making sure that All Users was checked; then the settings for the particular module, but the page still doesn't show up under Our Ministries. All the others do show up (a list of 10, where there should be 11). l also checked the permissions for the other ministry pages, making sure that the settings for Youth and Family Ministries had the same settings, which they did. Still not showing up.
