I used forum modul in my dnn webside, how can I set  first approve post  and show the post.  like this page. (english is not my mother languge,maby there are a lot of grammer mistake in my sentences, sorry about that) thanks

to enable moderation, you need to enter forum settings and enable "moderation" setting and grant moderation permission to designated users.

I am sorry,I understand what you say,but I can't find the moderation option in forum setting , forum setting what you sad is forum module setting or where? there is just forum maneger in forum administrator in forum module,there is no option like "moderation".
my DotNetNuke version is 5.4.2 community edetion, forum modul version is 04.05. I am SORRY again.

thanks a lot for your advise, I have got it .it is ok.
but there is a big problem. I am uyghur. my language is written from right to left,but english is from left to right.
can i change the alignment of forum module.thanks
