Hi,

I am logged in as the Administrator and have installed the Document module in one of the pages. I also made sure that in the View permissions, View module is enabled for administrators, registered users, unregistered users, every possible option that is present on the list. Now when I am logging out of the site and trying to view the page as an unregistered user , all I see is the Document module without any hyperlink for uploading documents or any provision for uploading documents ( including the usual drop down menu which on hovering gives us the option of upload ) . I do not seem to understand the problem behind this considering all the view permissions to every category listed.

The other problem I am facing is when I am trying to create new folders within the Portal root folder using the file explorer, I am not able to create any folders. Although it does not give out any error, it is not able to create folders. Please help me. I need to get these things done and I am stuck with this since morning.

Thanks in advance.

The problem is that the files you have in your Document module are in folders that those roles do not have view permissions for.  Go to the File Manager and set the permission son those folders so your user can see them, then they will show in the module.
