William,

- I got both sites / portals working on my "OLD - Windows 2003 IIS6" server.
- I then zipped up both sites and backed up their respective SQL databases and FTP'd them to my new server [Windows 2008 IIS7]
- Next I restored the two SQL databases and websites.
- I then updated the respective SQL DB owners.
- I then modified the web.config files to reflect the new server attributes.
- I made sure that both were running in a .Net 2.0 AppPool.

Now, when I attempt to launch the sites I get the error below.

Please advise me how to correct this, and also if I need to take any special steps to upgrade these sites to the latest DNN.

Thank you,

Robert Baker
