Thank you for your help.
It seems ok overall, allthough i have not tested it enough. I will wait for a bit to upgrade.
I am having problems with captcha not working on the form and list page for anonmous  users.
I will watch the error log and see what comes up :)

Since you are back to running under an ASP.Net 4.0 application pool, you will need to make a couple of additional modifications to the web.config for a know issue with the Captcha hander, the LinkClick handler, and a few others.

Find the <system.webServer> . . . <handlers> . . . .  </handlers> section in your site's web.config and wherever you see the attribute:

preCondition="integratedMode,runtimeVersion2.0"

change it to

preCondition="integratedMode,runtimeVersion4.0"

Unfortunately, that modification to web.config is not currently being done automatically when moving to ASP.Net 4.0 but is on the list of changes checked in for DotNetNuke v 5.06.01.
