I have a client that has a web application (PHP) on another website. They want to enable their clients to log into their DNN website and automatically log into the PHP site at the same time.

Is this possible?

asp.net and php use totally different technology stacks, so it's challenging to authenticate for one in the other e.g. php can't create an asp.net forms authentication cookie. You could do this by creating a custom authentication provider and some sort of integrated single-sign on e.g. a shared database of username/password
