I really don't see how having pages - by DNN's definition will help.  I think the meaning and interpretation of pages here is the issue and what those above you are asking is not really meant as pages or tabs as DNN would interprete it.

For example DNN could see these as the same page:

www.yoursite.com/store1/products/Widget456/tabid/123/pid/456/Default.aspx
www.yoursite.com/store2/products/Widget789/tabid/123/pid/789/Default.aspx
www.yoursite.com/store3/products/Widget321/tabid/123/pid/321/Default.aspx

Or possibly even using different domain aliases.  You can even have the stores appear differently from each other with the URLs above and yet it is also a single DNN page/tab.

I dare say those above you would consider these different pages and for different stores yet in DNN terms it is all a single page/tab.
