The form used to request user info needs to be looked into. State is a required field and not every one has states with those names in their respective countries. I could put Washington as a state of Canada. Maybe that's not such a bad idea, that would make Microsoft a Canadian company.

the form is generated from a lead capture tool so im not sure what can be done here - i'd suggest you just enter a fake state.
