Hi,

We moved our DNN instance to a virtual server

Since the move we have been experiencing cache related issues and page timeouts but one that has been a bother is this error that is happening every time I update an core HTML/TEXT module. Thanks for the help

Error: is currently unavailable.

Make sure that the user that IIS is running the worker process under has full control over the file system. If that doesn't fix it, or if that's not the problem, check to see if you are using file of memory based caching. Let me know if you have any questions.

which DNN version are you running? are there other processes running on your VPS, e.g. virus scan, backup tool?

Hey guys..this one was my fault. I had an instance of a SQL module on the same page. In this module I had mistakenly prefixed a Select command's FROM database with the full database name. when when we moved the site the DB name was changed to as well. It took me a while to find the error because the page was on one of the localized pages(DNN 5.5) Sorry for the trouble and let that be a lesson to me not to write full database prefixes...
