Hi
I want to display a link at the bottom after the privacy statement link.  This link should be displayed when a user is logged otherwise it's not display.

Does need to add a code at the skin page to find out whether a user logged or not or is there is any other solution?

Please give me a solution. Thanks in advance ..

yes, you need to include asp code in the skin, testing the current user being logged in. There are a number of samples in the skinning forum.
