After upgrade I get the DNN Logo with Error!

And this in the URL ...Default.aspx?tabid=36&error=Object+reference+not+set+to+an+instance+of+an+object.&content=0

There appears to be only one error reported during the upgrade:

00:01:25.670 -   Executing Application Upgrades: 05.02.01 Error!

The only code that is run during the 05.02.01 application upgrade is to execute a stored database procedure which ensures that for each portal in the PortalLanguages table there is a designated default language. If yours is a multi-portal installation, it is possible that a data integrity issue prevented that procedure from running correctly leaving a null value in one of the rows of the PortalLanguages table for the PortalID or LanguageID columns. Do you have access to the database to check that possibility?

The first thing I would do is to force a restart of the application - either from your IIS control panel or by making an insignificant change to the site's web.config file (add space at the end of a line, etc.) then re-saving the web.config file. If your site is remotely hosted, it will then be necessary to re-upload the modified web.config file. After the restart, try visiting the site again to see if the error occurs again.

I'm able to look now. There are null values in dbo.Portals for Expirydate, CreatedbyUserId, Paymentprocessor and CreatedOnDate. It is one, single portal in one database on a shared server. Nothing Null in LanguageId... I'm at a loss.

Perhaps it is something with Tab 36? This is my home tab. I do not see it in dbo.TabPermissions
