Hello,

Does anyone know where the data entered into the Forms and List module is stored? I know I can export the content to an Excel spreadsheet, but I was looking for a table in the database that stores the information and I couldn't find it.

Also, is there a way to determine the time a message was send using the Forms and List module? I can export the data to a spreadhseet via the module settings, but there is no timestamp.

Thanks in advance for all of your help!

Matt Sabatello

Hi Matt, content of all FnL instances ist stored serialized in table UserDefinedData, whereas the field definition is stored in UserDefinedFields and the Row heads in UserDefinedRows. Messages are sent just after creation, i.e. use creation time of each row. HTH

Thanks Sebastian! Do you know where I can find the creation time of each row?

Thanks again!

there is a (usually hidden) field "created_at" or sth like this (like "created_at", "updated_by" and "updated_at")

Thank you Sebastian! Under Form and List Configuration there are 4 default fields that are in every form I have created and appear automatically whenever I create a form. These fields are Created by, Created at, Changed by, and Changed at. They are required fields, but the "Display on List" option was unchecked for all of them. I checked "Display on List" for the "Created at" field and now when I export the data submitted on my form the Excel file has the created date in the file also.

Thank you so much for helping me out!
