The latest release of Events, version 05.01.05, is available as download on CodePlex for some time now.

Quality of the latest release

The Events team "thinks" that this is a very useful and stable release. We hope that to downloaders/users of this (version of the) module have the same opinion. But in addition to our hope, we would like to have the confirmation by getting "raving" reviews. Therefore my request.

Please rate and review

Please review and rate the Events module on CodePlex.

Just click this link: http://dnnevents.codeplex.com/release..., log in and put some words in your review of this version of the Events module.

(And for the record: we do like stars!)

Props to you guys for providing a stable release. But it drives me nuts that the list view is still a table view with no means of changing it to something non tabular - I would love to use divs and paragraphs and h3's for example. This way we could dress it up to look decent.

The next release of Events(05.02.00)  will have a templateable listview.
Roger has coded this already and checked in the source code changes

So it depends on what look you are trying to achieve. You can use just the Description column in List View which is completely templateable - see here for one use - http://dnnevents.codeplex.com/wikipag...

In 5.2.0 I have added a repeater view, which will allow you to use a customisable number (norizontal and vertical) of table cells <td></td>. The content of header footer and the inside of the <td></td> pair is templated. Or at least that is how I've coded it so far, so that it is simple for those that are not very html capable, but should give flexibility for those more capable. If you can suggest a better way of doing it, please add a comment here - http://dnnevents.codeplex.com/workite....

Cheers
Roger
