Hi

I have installed DNN 05.06.00 on Win 7 Premium Home with SQL 2008 Express. However when I try to run the installation, I get the following error:
"The Auto option has been disabled as the DotNetNuke Application cannot connect to a valid SQL Server database. You can continue to use either of the other two Wizard options and configure the Database settings at the appropriate Wizard step."

I have re-installed everything numerous times and tried every suggestion listed from those who also had the problem and nothing has worked. I have manually created the db, I have ensured folders are not read-only. Added Network Service as a dbowner and nothing has worked.

Any suggestions, I am desparate!!

Thanks

Ray
