I'm using DNN 5 CE's native Events module. I am wanting to reword the phrasing where the user exports the event to their local calendar. I could do this in the control itself, but am wanting to avoid making changes outside the skin. The current wording is this: "Export to Desktop Event:  Single" I want it to be more friendly.

Does anyone know if there's a way to control this wording from a setting vs. changing the source?

Thank you!

Hi Bob,

All the modules text is customiseable through the standard DNN localisation methods. Go to Admin/Languages dialogue and navigate to DesktopModules-->Events-->App_LocalResources and edit plvEventExport.Text in EventDetails.ascx.resx for the 'Export to Desktop Event:' text. 'Single' is cmdvEvent.Text. 'Seriies' is cmdvEventSeries.Text.

Cheers
Roger
