I am simply trying to embed YouTube and other related code into a post via radeditor yet can't seem to find a way to do that via the editor toolbar. I did a search but didn't turn up anything. Any help appreciated.

A tried a true method is to copy the embeded HTML from Youtube (or other source), then in your open RadEditor, switch it to HTML mode (lower left-hand corner of the editor window) and paste in your code. Click save.

That's it.

Thank you very much that worked! Any specific reason why there no embed code button in this editor like there is say for example Cute Editor. I have a lic for Cute Editor would you suggest I replace Rad with Cute?

Add the Past As Html Tool to your tools.xml file.

<tool name="PasteAsHtml"/>

It's not in the ToolsDefault.xml file found in DNN by default.

Here's all the attributes that can be used in the tool file:

Thanks for this. However I have switched over to Cute Editor which is much more user friendly and feature filled.
