I think I got it....it has been running for about three hours now without an error.....

It has been running for quite some time and is repeating

The CPU is around 50% utilized

Ok....I will start over from scratch..

Do you see any flaws in my logic.

here is what I am doing now...

Restore sql 2000 backup to latest sql express.

Try a fressh complete install of 5.6

Should I change the web config file before running (connection strings) or let the install do that?
