Getting a server timeout error when I try and install a module.  The module size is around 85MB.  I changed the web.config file to allow approx 90MB.  Is there a setting for extending the session time.  I think the error is taking place because the file upload takes so long.

That is a really BIG module!. I would suggest renaming the module install package by appending the .resources extension to its existing name - so that you end up with something like "ReallyBigModule_01.00.00_Install.zip.resources" and then upload the renamed file via FTP to the site's /Install/Module/ folder. You will then be able to go to the Host-->Extensions page and click on the "Install Available Extensions" command and find your module in the list of available modules that can be installed. Check the checkbox beside the module name then click "Install Selected Extensions".

Most likely the timeout error is occuring because of the large upload size. You might, however, have to increase the value for the executionTimeout attribute in the <httpRuntime . . . /> node of the site's web.config if the module installation itself times out. The value is specified in seconds. If the executionTimeout attribute is not present the default is either 90 seconds when running under ASP.Net 4.0 or 110 seconds otherwise.
