Hi

I am trying to build a scheduled task to check the database and send email notifications.  I have built a web app project DLL in VB following this tutorial:

http://www.kemmis.info/blog/archive/2008/03/08/how-to-write-a-custom-dotnetnuke-schedulerclient-i.e.-a-scheduled.aspx

The DLL builds just fine but when I come to install and run it in DNN5.6 on my local box I get this error.  Can anyone proovide any clues. I am a novice .NET developer.

thanks
Gus

I fixed this by running:

aspnet_regiis.exe -iru

It's something to do with the order in which you install .NET framework 4 and VS.
