Hi,

We recently migrated our DNN installation from one server to another, but haven't been able to get the new installation up and running. I believe I have followed all the steps in the migration guide; the new installation is running in an application directory, the portal alias has been changed, and all the files have been migrated (with the new SQL connection string in web.config).

However, the new installation appears to be redirecting into a continuous loop. You can see what I mean by looking at our attempt at the new installation: http://bostonvirtu.web147.discountasp.net/dnn/.

I am not all that experienced with DNN and haven't seen this issue before. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Phil

What did you configure your portal alias to be? What is IIS configured to respond to? After you configured the portal alias did you recycle the website (modify the web.config) so that the cache was cleared from the server?
