MAKI Software announces the YAP Portal Stats Project which aggregates all data from the SiteLog into separate database files making disk space much smaller and also stat retrievable much faster. It is also customizable and expandable for the future.

A scheduled process runs once a day and copies only the useful data from the DNN SiteLog into separate tables. All you have to do is setup your DNN SiteLog for 2 or 3 days of statistic logging and no longer worry about huge space usage.

It offers several features such as keyword tracking, domain name stats and many other standard reports. It also allows you to easily view reports on single or multiple portals.

An initial beta will be released in June. We wanted to let everyone know about the project now for those looking for a module like this and to get feedback on features or suggestions. If you have a good idea of a report you want let us know and we'll probably add it!

The module will be open source and have a free lite version along with an advanced version requiring a subscription download fee.
